Remember my Christmas Post about how I had this wish of going to a couples park alone? I dunno…but I had this really good dream last night of having a wonderful time with a person I like (I don’t have one I like right now, but he’s out there!) and I just had to make this quick paint of that image before it left my head!
I am the most hopeless romantic in the world…

Hair
I just wanted to use this Tumblr for something a little more meaningful than just reblogging posts for once. lol
So I’ve gotten to thinking about hair…now, if you don’t know me already, I’m kind of a strange person, so if the topic of this post kind of disturbs you, that’s normal for me and if you’re not comfortable with that, then maybe this Tumblr isn’t something you want to particularly read.
Anyway…
Getting back to the hair issue, social stigma has made it so that girls can’t have hair anywhere on their body except for their the hair on their head, eyebrows and eyelashes. (Which I think is unfair because some guys get away with a horrendous lot of hair…) So it basically made me wonder why humans haven’t evolved yet to not grow hair in the places we generally find unattractive. Isn’t evolution designed to get rid of undesirable features like that? (Though I do hear that hair does carry more pheromones than just skin so I mean, if you think about it that way…) I read about lots of medical operations that can be done from Asian waxing treatments to shooting the very follicles with lasers to permanently prevent hair from growing in places (and by places, I refer to armpits, legs, arms, etc.) and they get to be pretty pricey. But rather, if we didn’t have the follicles there in the first place, wouldn’t that be better?
Granted, I am graced with Asian genes which made me born without very many (and probably next to none at all) hair follicles on my arms and legs, so I’m just hairless and don’t need those kinds of operations, but it doesn’t mean that I don’t think about how it must be for other people.
It’s just one of those things that kind of keep me up at night…
But that’s just all I had to say on the topic of hair. This is nowhere near as complete as the trains of thought I go through in the late hours of the night, but you get the idea that I just think of the randomest and strangest things. lol
And going back to the first idea of this post, what a meaningful post this has been…
Once again, I have to say that it’s just so sad that these things don’t happen in real life very often. It’s one in a million. I wonder if I’m willing to take those odds…
Maybe I’m just too shy.

Speaking of wishes, I have this really weird wish to go to one of those parks where all the couples have picnics at by myself and enjoy the extravagant meal I prepared for myself with all my favorite foods. All the while staring and/or making weird faces at all the lovey-dovey couples until they all move away because they start feeling awkward. LOL
